EveryoneOn is a national digital inclusion nonprofit (legal name Connect To Compete Inc, based in Los Angeles, CA) that connects under-resourced communities to affordable internet and computers, trains individuals and organizations in digital skills, and advances fair and just digital access policies. It began in 2012 as Connect2Compete, a public awareness campaign and digital inclusion pilot created in response to a Federal Communications Commission challenge.

History
EveryoneOn began as Connect2Compete (C2C), a public awareness campaign and digital inclusion pilot launched in response to a 2012 Federal Communications Commission challenge. The original Connect2Compete program helped K-12 students access affordable internet through partnerships with cable companies including Cox Communications and Mediacom. The IRS granted Connect To Compete Inc tax-exempt status in April 2014.
Scale and impact
Since 2012, EveryoneOn reports it has helped connect 2,000,000 people to the internet, provide more than 10,000 computers, and deliver digital skills trainings to more than 8,000 participants since 2020. It runs place-based programs in the Bay Area, the Central Valley, Los Angeles, and Milwaukee, and publishes research including a national study and reports on the digital skills journey of underserved women.
